{Featured Parties} Holiday Round Up My Favs!

Monday, December 20, 2010

Happy Monday!

There has been so much FABULOUS holiday inspiration out there over the past few weeks that I wanted to round up all of my favorites!
So here is Part 1!!!

1st Up Pizzazzerie - Gold and Cranberry Dessert Table

I absolutely love RED and GOLD!  This GORGEOUS dessert table is from Pizzazzerie!  One of my favorite elements of this table is the use of the glitter letters!  I have some of those in pink and was trying to figure out how to use them...thanks for the inspiration!

How cute is this donut tree?  Very clever!
Go on over to Pizzazzerie for more pictures, details and instructions on how to make that fabulous donut Christmas tree!

2nd up is Dough a Deer
A lady after my own heart, her pink and purple color scheme immediately caught my eye and of course her delicious donuts will grace my dessert table on Christmas night!  Thanks Dough a Deer!

Those marshmallows look heavenly, especially with that mini donut on top!

No round up would be complete without something from Celebrations at Home!  I think Chris Nease from Celebrations at Home is just so fabulous!  I love EVERYTHING about her style and always want to see what she coming next!
This black and white table, of course with the BLING is GORGEOUS!
This beautiful crystal curtain is to DIE for!

I love the use of the candle tea light holders turned upside down to make a riser for the platter!  CLEVER!  I saw those also on Kate Landers Ballet Nutcracker party to elevate beautiful cake balls.  I have some very similar to these for my table that had intended to use as candle holders but may rethink that! :)  Thanks for the inspiration Chris!

One word... BEAUTIFUL

{Featured Party} HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Friday, October 29, 2010

Today I have some last minute Halloween inspiration for you but it's never too late for TEA!   We don't do a lot at my home for Halloween but I can definitely admire a fabulously styled party and this is one that you don't want to miss!

Chris from Celebrations from Home with her 'MAD' Hatter Halloween Tea Party - You all know I had a mild (well maybe not mild) obsession with Alice in Wonderland this year for planning my daughter's  birthday party, so when I saw this I instantly fell in love!

Eat Me!
LOVE these clock cupcake toppers!

I just have to say that Chris' attention to detail is always so amazing to me.  Every single piece is ALWAYS in the precise perfect spot. I wish she would share her secrets with me or would at least let me watch her work one day!   Go on over to Celebrations at Home for all of the fantastic pictures!   Always Chris, fantastic party!!! All you needed was my crazy husband running around as the MadHatter! :)

{Featured Parties} Bringing The Inside Out

Friday, August 6, 2010

TGIF!
It's Friday and I leave for paradise AKA Dominican Republic tomorrow!  I can hardly wait!
Before I go, I wanted to leave you with some a little fantastic party eye candy!  These are two of my favorite parties over the past couple of months that I've been wanting to share.  I love that both demonstrate how to bring elements from inside your home outside.  I love the idea of using furniture outside as a part of the decoration for the party.

1st up - Celebrations at Home - French Inspired Birthday Party
There are so many lovely things about this party it is hard to write them down.  My favorite element has go to be the hanging frames!  Fabulous!
The setup is so absolutely perfect!
I love the drawers being used as serving trays.  How brilliant!

Go on over to Celebrations at Home for more wonderful pictures and details from this beautiful event!

Up Next - Sunshine and Lemonade Party from Jess over at Pen N Paperflowers.
Where to begin about the things I love about this party, mason jars, ribbon wrap jars, monogrammed etched glass jars! I could go on and on....

Look at the favor buckets!
Go on over to Pen N Paperflowers for all of the details and many more photos!
