{PRESS} I'm a Writer... Well Kinda!!

I'm BEYOND thrilled to announce that in addition to being "THE" Events Guru over at I Am Modern magazine, answering any and all questions about how to throw a fabulous party, that now I am also a WRITER for the magazine!  My 1st article is in print this week!!!!  This is  a FANTASTIC way to finish my FIRST year in business! I would NEVER have imagined that I would be able to share my passion in this medium.  I am absolutely thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to have my vision and ideas immortalized in print!

My first article, The Pink Diamond Party(TM) is about throwing a clothing swap party.   My friends and I have been having Pink Diamond Parties for years. Although clothing swap parties are not new, I wanted to introduce different twist readers could incorporate to make the parties their own.  When I thought about writing an article for the magazine, I knew this was one that I wanted to share!

{Announcement} I'm a Events Guru for I Am Modern Magazine!

I know this week has been a super slow week on my blog but I've been busy doing exactly what I said I was going to be doing during the month of December, spending some much needed quality time with my family.  In addition, I've been also doing some much needed "housekeeping" on SED stuff.  We are getting ready for a big 2011!  Well, I have been working with I Am Modern magazine for a few months now behind the scenes and I'm so excited to share that I will be the "Events Guru" expert for the magazine!  I will be bringing you all great tips on how to style your parties and the latest trends!

 I Am Modern magazine is because it is all about the Modern Woman!  I thought that "THAT IS ME!"  I'm so excited to be a part of a fabuolous community.  So if you have a question that you'd like me to answer in the magazine, send them to info{at}mysparklingevent{dot}com.
