Happy Monday! We know we’ve been MIA these past few weeks and we are checking in to share with you these beautiful invitations just so you can get a sneak peek of one of the many activities we have the pleasure of planning right now. In June, we were brought on to plan an Alice in Wonderland Baby Shower Tea Party. While many people are a fan of the new Alice in Wonderland saga, this mom-to-be wants to stick to the traditional Alice in Wonderland movie.  So the focus of this shower will be on the tea party, the flowers, and of course Alice’s blue dress! This shower will be a vintage modern tea party, with a touch of whimsy! Check out the beautiful invitations that set the tone for this event!

{Real Invitations} Butterfly Flutter Invitations

With summer coming and the sun shining, what a better way to start of this week with some beautiful summer invitations! I was contacted to create these super cute invitations by a lovely couple who adopted this precious little girl and soon thereafter found out they are expecting a little bundle of joy themselves. How sweet! I give you our invitations called “Butterfly Flutter”.

{Real Invitations} Chocolate & Blue Chic Baby Shower

Today, we would like to share one of our latest invitations.  We called these Chocolate & Blue Chic - Baby shower.  We used a beautiful chocolate and white floral pattern background with a lovely pregnant silhouette.  These were mounted on a lovely navy shimmer paper.  We also completed food signs, water bottle labels and circle label accessories to complete this party pack!

{Real Invitations} A Noah's Ark Baby Shower Invitation

We love our loyal clients!  Earlier this year I designed these beautiful graduation invitations for a client.  She was so happy with them they she turned to us for invitations for a baby shower in her honor.  It is always such an honor when you have loyal clients who love your work and come back for more.  Look at these cute Noah's Ark baby shower invitations we came up with for her and Baby Trai!

{Real Invitations} Peace, Love & Babies Baby Sprinkle Invitations

Happy Friday!  

Today I'm ending the week with some oh so special baby shower invitations.  We call these the "Peace, Love, & Babies" Baby Sprinkle.  When designing this invitations I incorporated hippy, earthy and eco-chic themes.  I wanted them to be completely unique and reflect the theme of the shower, which is turning out to be sooooooooo cute!  

These invitations are 7x5' printed on pearlescent shimmer white paper.  The corners are rounded for an elegant touch.  The invitation itself included elements that represent the theme including a dove and peace symbol. They were mailed in a bright yellow envelope.   How beautiful.

{Real Invitations} Prince in Progress Baby Shower Invitations

A couple of weeks I introduced my "Princess in Progress" baby shower invitations and immediately got questioned "what about my little prince?"  So here ya go!  "Prince in Progress" in one of my favorite color combinations.  I chose to give this invitation a more modern color scheme of turquoise and orange! Honestly, I'm not a fan of pale blue for baby showers, it seems so traditional, "blue for boys and pink for girls." So I went with bright fun colors.

These are 5x7'' printed on heavy lux cotton cardstock for a matte finish.

I love rounded corners, they give such a nice elegant touch. 

I've also included some "Princess in Progress" tags that I made to accompany the "Princess in Progress" invitations for a baby shower in a couple of weeks.

Due to a couple of questions from clients, I want to make some disclaimers and clarifications about Sparkling Events & Designs, LLC:
* Printing - I do not print in house.  All of my invitations are printed and cut from a professional print house on a digital or offset press.  Any additional embellishments are completed by hand.  This ensures the absolute best quality to my clients.
* Scheduling - Because I design from scratch and do not print in house, I do require at least a 3-4 week turnaround to ensure the best quality for non-wedding invitations.  Wedding invitations follow a different schedule.  Rush orders can be accommodated but a fee will apply.
* Shopping Cart - I have gotten this a lot lately. Why don't I have a Shopping Cart?  Well, that's not really my business model.  Again, I consider my invitations to be couture and I want to give my clients luxurious designer invitations.  So, I'm on the fence about offering my invitations in a Shopping Cart right now.  If you do see something that you like from my galleries and want it, just let me know and we can customize it for you.  In the meantime, I'll think about that Shopping Cart! ;)

{Real Invitations} Princess in Progress Baby Shower Invitations

Today's real invitations are these cute and elegant baby shower invitations! These invitations feature this beautiful frame (which I'm loving right now) and a cute princess theme!  I called this the "Princess in Progress" baby shower invitation.  Stay tuned for the Prince in Progress version coming soon!   The invitation is 5x7" and printed on a white pearlescent shimmer paper (if you look closely you can see the shimmer  with elegant rounded corners. It was mailed in a beautiful lilac shimmer colored envelope!  We'll be making some matching labels and tags for the little "Princess in Progress" as well.
