The predictions are still coming in but with an estimated 3 billion viewers the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Catherine was THE event for discussion this weekend. Girls around the world watched as a "commoner" Catherine Middleton lived her real life fairytale of marrying a Prince. We waited with baited breathe for the first glimpse of her and of course which gown she would wear. In the end she choose a beautiful gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. This dress was reminiscent of the gown worn by Princess of Monaco Grace Kelly.
I'm quite sure that we are going to see a "Return of the Sleeve" on wedding gowns over the next couple of years. Here are a few of my favorites.
