Tracking RSVPs can be the bane of most couple’s existence during the final stages of the wedding planning process, actually during any type of event. Here's a tip: Before mailing your invitations, assign each guest a number on your guest list (we are assuming you are using a spreadsheet) and write that number on the back of your response card. Believe it or not, some people actually forgot to complete the M line on response cards or sometimes the handwriting is not legible. Following this tip also makes it easier to track down who has not responded yet. When any of the aforementioned happens, you can simply look for the number and you will know whose response it is!
